Cost: There is a $40 yearly membership fee for CNCA and a one-time $35 Certification Fee. If you are already a member of CNCA, this class will be no charge to you.

CNCA is recognized by the California Commission for Police Officer Standards and Training as an organization dedicated solely toward enhancing the professionalism and training of narcotic canine handlers. CNCA provides its membership with an information hotline to assist handlers with case law issues for court cases.They also provide expert narcotic canine trainers as witnesses to assist in the successful prosecution of cases. They provide an annual conference and four training days per year. These training days encompass problem solving of your narcotic or explosive canines as well as a certification.
